The Account Executive, Customer Base is a key sales position within our organization that is solely responsible for the growth, expansion and brand diversification of our established base of SMB and enterprise level accounts. The value you will deliver includes identifying revenue expansion and new business opportunities inside your assigned account base through add-ons and cross-selling new brands, security enhancements and new-to-market AI and healthcare specific SaaS. You will negotiate long-term contracts (36-60 months) with existing month-month clients with an increase in monthly recurring revenue, and perform ongoing data analysis to identify time-to-strike opportunities and save potential cancellations. Collaboration with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Legal, Product and Marketing will be essential to coordinate large-deal strategies, sales campaigns/promotions and pipeline fulfillment. Your primary objectives will align to critical KPIs and quota attainment, and you will assist with Account Management duties as needed. Secondary duties and responsibilities will surface on an as-needed or as-determined basis, by management. You may also perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
