About the position

The Sales Representative/Account Manager at Payrillium is responsible for promoting and selling a range of products, including CRM, ERP, and POS systems, to small and medium-sized businesses. This role involves conducting sales presentations, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, providing significant earning potential for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Prospect to identify and target potential clients across a range of business sizes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional, personable, and engaging demeanor.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or commissions.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) or multilingual skills are an asset.
