About the position

As an Interventional Spine Sales Representative at Stryker, you will strategically promote and sell innovative medical products to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining a meticulous inventory of samples. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure proper product usage and maintenance, while also tracking your territory's progress and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings.
  • Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to clients.
  • Track territory progress and communicate findings with the Regional Manager.
  • Solve product problems and inform healthcare staff about proper product use.
  • Manage and maintain sample inventory of products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University.
