The Sales Representative and Field Trainer position at Summit Insurance is designed for current or former athletes with a competitive mindset who are eager to excel in sales while mentoring others. Responsibilities

  • Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory.
  • Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with customers.
  • Connect with key decision makers at businesses and schedule appointments for group presentations or enrollment-style settings.
  • Report daily sales stats at the end of each day.
  • Submit work schedule and goals to team leader at the beginning of each week.
  • Attend business networking events to accumulate new leads and referrals.
  • Re-service existing client accounts periodically and systematically.
  • Enter business client information weekly into CRM.
  • Dedicate part of the week to making sales while training and mentoring new sales agents.
