Responsibilities

• Represent Stokes Sign Company positively.
• Learn sign grade materials and fabrication methods.
• Interact with clients via email, phone, in-person, and online chat.
• Create estimates and invoices based on customer requests.
• Monitor workflow queue for updates on current projects.
• Effectively communicate with clients on project status.
• Communicate with design, production, and fabrication departments on customer expectations.
• Provide professional and sincere advice to potential customers.
• Work comfortably in a production-based environment.
• Achieve individual sales goals as set by the sales manager.
• Take shifts at both Lakeway and Westlake locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 Year of experience in the Customer Service Industry
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong typing skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Attention to detail
• Solution-oriented
• Multi-tasking skills and time-management
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
