About the position

The Sales Representative - Beverage position at Multi-Flow Industries involves actively pursuing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the beverage distribution sector. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with various departments. The representative will be responsible for managing a territory, participating in product training, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively target and pursue new accounts in the Dayton and Columbus markets
• Maintain current customers through account management
• Up-sell new products in existing accounts
• Travel throughout assigned territories to gain new business and visit existing customers
• Participate in Product Training
• Confidently Cold and Warm Call leads tracking all contacts in the Company database
• Draft proposals and review them with appropriate managers
• Monitor prospects and their development

Requirements

• Track record of successful territory sales or management experience in a bar/restaurant setting
• Outgoing Personality/ Great Communication Skills
• Ability to work as a Self-Starter and participate in a Team environment within various departments
• Computer knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Strong professional communication skills in English - verbal, written, and listening
• Providing reports as required
• Attending and participating in sales meetings
• Communicating effectively with management
• Clean driving record and proof of sufficient insurance
