About the position

MaxRemind is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative / Business Developer to join our team, focusing on the US healthcare market. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling of healthcare solutions, including EHR and Medical Billing services.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within the US healthcare market, focusing on healthcare organizations in need of healthcare solutions.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and engage in consultative sales conversations to understand client requirements and pain points.
• Present and demonstrate the value proposition of EHR & Billing solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and provide feedback on market trends and client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the healthcare technology industry.
• Proven track record of success in selling healthcare SaaS solutions or related healthcare IT products/services.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare market, including industry trends, regulations, and challenges related to EHR adoption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with clients.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and functionalities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
