About the position

As a Sales Representative - Lead Development at TTEC, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, playing a crucial role in creating positive first impressions and uncovering valuable sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers through phone calls and other channels, qualifying leads and facilitating a smooth transition to account executives for further follow-up and closure. This role emphasizes a strong understanding of products and their benefits for small businesses, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone or other channels to introduce the company and its solutions.
  • Qualify leads to assess their potential value to the business.
  • Work with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further follow-up and closure.
  • Handle customer interactions, manage objections, and ultimately close the sale.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship database system.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months sales experience or business development.
  • Comfortable with decision making by assessing situations and making recommendations.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers to enhance and develop solutions.
  • Computer experience.
