The Role: Are you excited by the idea of working with big-time production companies and helping to source gear for some of the most exciting live events? As a Sales & Business Development Representative (GearGuru) at Gearsupply, you'll be at the heart of the action, building key relationships and driving our sales efforts. You'll have the opportunity to work with production teams from concerts, festivals, and large-scale events, ensuring they have the equipment they need to create unforgettable experiences. This isn't just another sales job—it's a chance to become a trusted partner in the concert and entertainment industry. What You'll Do: Identify and reach out to major players in the AV and concert production industry. You'll work with some of the biggest production companies to provide the concert and AV equipment they rely on. Drive Sales: Through consultative selling, you'll showcase Gearsupply's marketplace and the value of buying and selling AV gear with us. Proactively contact leads through cold calling and other outreach methods to develop new relationships and generate opportunities. You're not afraid to pick up the phone and engage potential clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the AV industry, ensuring they keep coming back to Gearsupply for all their gear needs. Market Expansion: Help us grow by identifying new markets and sales opportunities. You'll be integral to expanding our presence as the go-to platform for concert gear. Maintain records of all sales activity in our CRM and regularly report on KPIs, market trends, and client feedback.
