About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in a 100% commission-only role. This position offers a flexible schedule and is focused on driving sales growth through effective direct-to-consumer and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will leverage their outside sales experience, negotiation skills, and account management abilities to achieve business objectives and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and client meetings.
  • Manage assigned territory by identifying potential clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with B2B clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize software tools for account management and tracking sales performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance business development efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Familiarity with territory management principles and practices.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus, particularly in technical sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for tracking leads and managing accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
