About the position
We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team, responsible for selling insurance policies to clients while providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and innovations
Requirements
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in benefits administration or sales administration preferred
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques including telemarketing
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
