About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team, responsible for selling insurance policies to clients while providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in benefits administration or sales administration preferred
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with outside sales techniques including telemarketing
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
