About the position

The Endoscopy Sales Representative at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling innovative medical technologies within the Endoscopy Division. This role involves educating healthcare professionals on product usage, conducting product evaluations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales and improve patient outcomes. The representative will leverage cutting-edge surgical solutions to enhance visualization in minimally invasive procedures, contributing to Stryker's mission of making healthcare better.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
• Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
• Directs product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
• Assists in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
• Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
• May assist in the training and development of sales personnel.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred).
• A minimum education level of a bachelor's degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience that includes operating room experience.
• Ability to negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers.
• Fundamental understanding of all products and ability to disseminate this knowledge to customers.
• Ability to effectively respond to customer questions and resolve challenges.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize market potential based on call patterns.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with large groups of people and effectively via telephone and electronic means.
• Ability to operate common office equipment (i.e., Smart phone, Tablet, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
