About the position

The Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling orthopaedic instruments to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The representative will track territory progress, communicate effectively with management, and provide excellent customer service while addressing product-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
  • Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to healthcare professionals.
  • Track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to doctors, nurses, and staff.
  • Assist customers promptly and effectively when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in medical sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
