About the position

The Sales Representative for Digital Marketing & Web Development at DesignLoud, Inc. is responsible for driving sales through lead generation, proposal crafting, and closing deals while ensuring a positive client experience. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The position is based in Wilmington, NC, and offers a base salary plus commission and potential bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service during the proposal/implementation phases
• Generate, nurture, and harvest leads
• Network with local businesses and research leads in other markets
• Maintain a conversion rate of 60% or greater
• Articulate our value proposition to diverse clients
• Sell services while respecting client budgets and estimating accurately
• Report on sales activities and progress
• Seamlessly hand over new clients to account managers
• Provide account manager support when necessary

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within digital services
• Experience in or willingness to learn digital strategy, including SEO, content marketing, SEM, and web development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex services clearly and concisely
• Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and processes
