Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by engaging with your local community.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Conduct weather damage inspections using drones if necessary.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities within the utilized CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft.
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals, including homeowners and insurance adjusters.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well collaboratively with others.
  • Proficient with basic computer functions.
  • Sales experience is a PLUS, but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
  • Must have a smart-phone capable of taking pictures/videos during property inspections.
