About the position

As a Sales Representative for SENA TRUCK CORP, you will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business while addressing customers' supply chain needs. This role emphasizes problem-solving and customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment, offering opportunities for financial growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Make calls and establish relationships to build your book of business.
• Close new and existing customers to move their freight.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of inside sales experience required.
• Availability to work full-time, 100% in-home office.
• Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work with the latest supply chain and logistics technologies.
