About the position

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative for its Facility Services Division, focusing on new business-to-business account development. The role involves generating revenue through prospecting, cold calling, and setting appointments with potential clients, while also meeting sales quotas. The position includes a comprehensive sales training program to equip representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.

Responsibilities

• Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
• Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory
• Driving additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
• Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations
• Transporting samples of products for presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Nice-to-haves

• New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System
