Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Engage in cold calling to establish initial contact with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients within your territory.
  • Execute inside sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Generate leads through various channels and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Oversee territory management by tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience in conducting product demos effectively is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and territory management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
