About the position

The Sales Representative for Cell Phone Repair is responsible for diagnosing and repairing small electronic devices, including mobile phones, computers, tablets, and gaming systems. This part-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and creating promoters of the brand.
• Assist customers from the initial check-in process to the completion of their repair.
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution and diagnose Apple and Android devices.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a simple, non-technical manner.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers and additional recommendations for accessory sales.
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed CPR Cell Phone Repair's quality standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment.
• Answer phone calls to the store with a professional and courteous demeanor, converting calls to store visits.
• Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
• Utilize the point of sale system to maintain accurate customer records and real-time repair status.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• Ability and drive to continuously meet monthly sales goals.
• Passion for technology and proven ability to learn new skills.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work well in a small team.
• Reliable transportation.
