This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, requiring successful completion of licensing and training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Experience in outbound calling and upselling is preferred
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
