About the position

As a Sales Consultant at Atlas Pavers, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This role focuses on delivering tailored landscape construction and stone paving solutions to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and project goals.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
• Develop and present customized proposals, including estimates, project timelines, and material options.
• Close sales by demonstrating value and negotiating terms that meet both client and company objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies in landscape construction and stone paving.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscape construction, hardscaping, or related fields.
• Knowledge of landscape design, materials, and construction processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client relationships.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for site visits).
