About the position

The Sales Representative - Market Development in Event Structures role is focused on expanding the market presence of a leading event structure rental company in Florida. This position is designed for an experienced professional who can identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and effectively promote structural solutions tailored to the event sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to expand the company's presence in the event structure market in Florida.
  • Implement strategies to attract new clients, open new accounts, and consolidate the company's presence in the sector.
  • Offer a wide range of structural solutions for events, including bleachers, stages, platforms, VIP areas, catwalks, bridges, sheds, towers, stairs, and other temporary structures.
  • Promote the competitive advantages of our solutions, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key clients in the event sector, such as organizers, planners, and production companies.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals that benefit both parties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the event structures sector or related industries.
  • Extensive understanding of the events market, particularly in the installation and rental of temporary structures.
  • Experience in outside sales, ability to close deals, and capacity to work independently.
  • Results-driven individual capable of developing new business and building long-lasting commercial relationships.
