Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all our customers' wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology and food equipment, just to name a few. From the start in 1973, Elektro Assemblies brings your prints to life by offering initial builds and production runs, with supreme quality and delivery. We are here to serve our customers and their needs. There's no wire too small or harness too large, that we can't produce for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Identifies additional new business opportunities.
  • Calls on leads generated from digital marketing efforts.
  • Establishes contact, developing relationships and recommending solutions.
  • Quotes new customers that are generated from leads.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by achieving business unit goals and objectives.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements key accounts programs by developing and executing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, including finding new clients, building client relationships, selling to customer needs, negotiating terms and managing related financials.
  • Must be mechanically oriented, with electrical and/or electronic experience and/or education.
  • Ability to read customer prints and build quotes based off the prints.
  • Independent, creative and motivated with a high energy level and a focus on excellence.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Computer and internet literate with proficiencies in MS Office.
