Sales Representative - North Central, NJ - Interventional Spine

About the position

The Interventional Spine Sales Representative at Stryker is responsible for strategically promoting and selling Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The representative will track territory progress, communicate wins with the Regional Manager, and provide excellent customer service, all while embodying Stryker's mission to improve healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
• Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to healthcare professionals.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager.
• Provide solutions to product problems and inform staff on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University with 2+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively.
