About the position

The Emergency Care Sales Representative at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling emergency care products to meet customer needs, focusing on pre-hospital sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires a consultative approach, expertise in emergency care, and the ability to work with a sophisticated audience, including fire chiefs and medical directors. The representative will contribute to product innovation and uphold the company's mission to improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned sales quota through consultative sales approach.
• Become the resident Emergency Care expert for customers.
• Demonstrate teamwork and provide exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to product innovation by listening to customer feedback and sharing ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5+ years of professional experience required, preferably in sales or clinical roles.
• Knowledge of marketing, market research, and new product development.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
