About the position
As an Interventional Spine Sales Representative for Stryker, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining proactive communication with your Regional Manager. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring that healthcare professionals are informed about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs.
- Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
- Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to clients.
- Track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager.
- Assist customers with product problems and provide proper usage information.
- Deliver excellent service and support to healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University with 2+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in medical device sales is preferred.
