About the position
The Interventional Spine Sales Representative for Stryker's Pain Portfolio is responsible for strategically promoting and selling Stryker's Interventional Spine products. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and providing excellent customer service to healthcare professionals. The representative will track territory progress, communicate wins with the Regional Manager, and strive to exceed sales goals while ensuring proper product usage and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs.
- Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
- Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to healthcare professionals.
- Track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager.
- Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed.
- Solve product problems and inform staff about proper product use and maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University with 2+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
