About the position

The Sales Representative (Off Premise) is responsible for effectively selling, servicing, and merchandising all assigned accounts to maximize sales across the company's footprint. This role involves establishing partnerships with retailers, ensuring product freshness, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining high standards of service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities of brands, packages, and promotional allowances.
• Achieve sales results that meet or exceed company averages for all suppliers.
• Ensure product freshness at retail through quality program processes.
• Rotate all accounts a minimum of once per month and manage close-dated products.
• Utilize sales training principles to maximize selling opportunities and act as a consultant to retailers.
• Maintain accurate pricing, promotional information, and sales plans.
• Participate in monthly sales, distribution, and display initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new sales and distribution opportunities.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers in assigned accounts through a defined sales call schedule.
• Monitor beer department in assigned accounts for sales and distribution opportunities.
• Service all assigned accounts professionally and thoroughly, ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards.
• Communicate daily with sales team members to coordinate delivery, service, and merchandising functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Valid Driver's License
