About the position

Artisan Roofing Inc is seeking a motivated and self-starting individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This position is ideal for those who are tired of the limitations of a traditional office job and are looking for an opportunity to earn based on their performance. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for recognizing and cultivating potential sales leads, traveling to meet prospective clients, and transforming one-off sales into lasting beneficial relationships. You will work closely with our sales team lead within your designated territory, focusing on building relationships with both existing and potential customers. In this role, you will utilize your skills in deal closing, door-to-door insurance claims, direct sales, B2B sales, and niche marketing to effectively demonstrate how our products can benefit the bottom line of our clients. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that you can communicate their benefits effectively to customers. Additionally, you will manage and track your sales progress using customer relationship management software, ensuring that you provide excellent support to customers after the initial sale to foster satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team. You will have the chance to earn a competitive income based on your sales performance, with the potential to earn up to $105,000 per year on a commission basis. We are committed to providing you with the training and resources necessary to succeed in this role, including instruction on common sales techniques and theories, sales funnels, generating estimates, and closing deals.
