About the position

The role involves selling merchant services offerings to businesses, focusing on account management and client relationship development. The position requires field sales activities, including pricing, customer segmentation, presentations, and account activation, with a strong emphasis on identifying revenue opportunities and managing a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and identify revenue opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to qualify leads and drive them through the sales pipeline.
• Respond to customer requests for information and conduct online presentations.
• Identify and close additional product and/or service sales with existing clients to enhance client relationships.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system, including call notes and scheduled interactions.
• Keep management informed of all activities through timely report preparation.
• Continuously build knowledge of current product/service offerings and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales or related fields.
• Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry.
