As a Sales Representative in Property Development, you will play a crucial role in initiating and managing relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for the company. Your primary responsibility will be to grow sales within the multi-family market segment, focusing on products that are essential for the ongoing maintenance of properties. This position requires you to secure new accounts while also maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships. In addition to relationship management, you will be tasked with developing a comprehensive territory market strategy. This includes conducting product demonstrations and competitive product comparisons to showcase the value of our offerings. You will also be responsible for generating leads, determining pricing schedules for quotes and promotions, and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports as required. You will prepare and submit sales contracts for orders, visit clients and potential clients to assess their needs, and maintain accurate client records.
