Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high client retention.
  • Effectively present products and services to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Learn and deliver current training processes, contributing to the development and improvement of training materials and programs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to new hires and junior sales staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve success in sales.
  • Track and evaluate training outcomes, adjusting programs to improve performance and overall results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, or training role is preferred.
  • Ability to be coachable and open to feedback.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in challenging situations.
