Lightem' Up Lights is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to engage homeowners in the Dallas area. This role focuses on setting appointments to present and finalize proposals for permanent lighting solutions, offering a unique opportunity to earn high commissions without the hassle of traditional sales pitches. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-ticket item sales and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in the Dallas area to set appointments for presentations.
• Present and finalize proposals for permanent lighting solutions.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits and savings of permanent lighting.
• Provide free, detailed estimates to potential customers.
• Canvass local neighborhoods to generate leads.

Requirements

• Experience in high-ticket item sales (solar, alarms, pest control).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Proven history of achieving sales targets.
• Valid Driver's License.
