Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective residential customers for fiber internet services.
  • Present and sell fiber internet packages tailored to residential needs, highlighting benefits such as speed, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales or scheduled in-home consultations to close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, following up to convert leads into customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to installation.
  • Travel within the assigned territory, with company-provided housing and travel accommodations.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales progress using a CRM platform.
  • Keep updated on market trends and competitive offerings to position our services as the best solution for customers.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably in telecom, utilities, or internet services.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and stay in company-provided housing as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on providing customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
