About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and have a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves managing a designated sales territory, conducting direct sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated sales territory to drive revenue growth
• Conduct direct sales activities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or technical/technology sales
• Familiarity with territory sales and direct sales techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
