About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Adelante Autos. This role focuses on driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will proactively identify market opportunities, manage customer accounts, and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling and following up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Manage existing client accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings and addressing their needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify potential leads.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in technology or technical sales is a plus, with a keen interest in learning about new products.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and success in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.
