We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Metro By T-Mobile. This role is essential for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, territory management, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and will be trained to succeed in technology sales, even if they have no prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
  • Manage assigned territory by developing relationships with potential clients and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL in Arabic, Bengali, and Polish/Bosnian.
  • No experience needed; will pay to train.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
