About the position

CDS Office Technologies is seeking a confident and determined Sales Representative to drive sales of Managed Network Services, Telephony, and Print Solutions. This role involves prospecting new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and collaborating with a team of IT experts to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow within the technology sales field.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and contacting potential customers using various methods including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Meeting with and maintaining a current book of business.
  • Finding and meeting with new potential clients.
  • Asking questions to understand the prospect's business, growth goals, and current technology or print strategy.
  • Clearly explaining the solutions offered and what differentiates the firm from competitors.
  • Citing examples and use-cases from prior work with clients when engaging prospects.
  • Maintaining and updating a CRM with information about prospects and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with sales leadership to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Staying abreast of market trends and technology changes.

Requirements
