About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients within assigned territories to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on business development initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in territory management and direct sales within a competitive environment.
  • Strong background in business development with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Proficiency in inside sales techniques, including cold calling and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently as well as part of a team.
