About the position

As a Sales Representative at Summit Business Group, you will engage in business-to-business sales activities within your assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Engage in business-to-business sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Independently manage daily operations and sales activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct in-person and web-based training for new sales techniques.
  • Utilize e-learning platforms for ongoing training and development.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience in an outside sales position is a plus.
  • Door-to-door sales or business-to-business experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Health & Life general lines license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of job offer.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
  • Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered.
  • Relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
