Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, showcasing their features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with direct sales techniques, account management, and business development strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
