About the position

Kickboxing Club is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for individuals passionate about fitness and eager to earn uncapped commissions by helping clients transform their lives. The Sales Representative will manage inquiries, convert leads, and drive new memberships, making a significant impact on the gym's growth.

Responsibilities

• Actively make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to our kickboxing programs and converting them into members.
• Explain our fitness programs, promotions, and membership benefits to prospective clients.
• Schedule tours and trial classes, creating an engaging first impression of the gym experience.
• Nurture leads with consistent follow-up via calls, texts, or emails, turning interest into action.
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing a high level of service to encourage memberships.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment goals.
• Engage with current members to promote loyalty and upsell additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and conversions in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales roles (fitness industry experience is a bonus).
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Confident making outbound calls and converting leads into paying members.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
