About the position

E9 Master Carpentry & General Construction is seeking a Sales Representative to assist clients with cabinetry, countertops, and flooring projects in the Tampa area. This role involves transitioning warm leads into sales, generating new leads through relationship building, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in storm-damaged areas, and will be responsible for utilizing company solutions to document sales activities and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Transition warm leads into sales
• Generate leads through relationship building
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products
• Accurately use and read a tape measure
• Identify bid opportunities
• Follow company sales processes
• Utilize CRM to document sales activity and prepare proposals
• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients
• Make regular sales calls and local face-to-face sales opportunities
• Deliver feedback to management regarding performance and market information

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a successful track record
• Firm understanding of working in storm-damaged areas
• Applied skill in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM input and sales tracking software
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Demonstrable influencing and presentation skills
