Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking Sales Advocates to join their team, providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Sales Advocates will be trained and equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the company and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs to earn bonuses.

Requirements

• Clear communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
