About the position

The Sales Representative at Verizon Authorized Retailer is responsible for selling wireless products and services while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, managing store operations, and participating in marketing efforts to drive sales. The position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, offering a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and answering questions
• Handling customer service issues
• Selling wireless products, services, and accessories
• Upselling additional products and services
• Completing all required training
• Opening and closing the store
• Managing inventory control and cash management
• Performing other office and administrative duties
• Creating marketing campaigns and participating in community events
• Following up with customers to provide after-sales support
• Developing and monitoring action plans to meet sales goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree preferred
• Previous sales experience, especially in wireless or a related industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Basic knowledge of wireless products
• Flexibility with availability
• Must be at least 18 years old
