About the position

Meier Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and acquire new accounts. This role is designed for a driven individual who aspires to become a Team Leader and manage their own sales team. The representative will offer supplemental health insurance products that provide financial support during unexpected events such as cancer, accidental injury, heart and stroke issues, and hospitalization.

Responsibilities

• Service appointments and acquire new accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Promote and sell supplemental health insurance products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in corporate and industry-specific training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience.
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain with reimbursement).
• 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
