About the position

The Sales Representative role at BELFOR USA Group, Inc. is focused on driving sales growth by actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. The representative will utilize BELFOR's marketing materials and practices to provide tailored solutions to clients, thereby enhancing customer acquisition and profitability. This position requires participation in marketing events and client meetings, as well as collaboration with local and national operations to ensure customer satisfaction and overall success.

Responsibilities

• Attend marketing events as required and distribute marketing material as needed.
• Set up and take down marketing displays as needed.
• Provide quantitative data to support results of marketing events to management.
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of BELFOR services, industry trends, and competitive information.
• Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
• Identify and resolve client concerns to grow overall sales.
• Work as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in B2B sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Solid reading, writing, and math skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, spreadsheets, internet, CRM programs, and smartphones.
• Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in implementing marketing and sales programs.
• Experience in restoration, insurance, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
