  • Prospects daily for potential customers.
  • Maintains rapport with previously sold customers through a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Researches trends in the automotive industry and learns about product updates and benefits to customers.
  • Devotes efforts to guarantee customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Establishes personal goals consistent with dealership productivity standards and devises strategies to meet those goals.
  • Learns to overcome objections and confidently asks for the sale.
  • Negotiates price and sells the vehicle.
  • Completes and explains details of sales or purchase agreements.
  • Assists customers in completing financial applications.
  • Processes financial documents and assesses credit reports.
  • Works well with others and showcases behaviors consistent with dealership values.
