About the position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in the steel trading or construction industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of fostering strong client relationships, and experienced in managing both domestic and international sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with clients in the construction and steel industries
• Handle both outbound and inbound sales inquiries
• Provide clients with comprehensive product information (e.g., rebar, wire mesh, H beams, and other steel products)
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing
• Monitor market trends to offer strategic insights
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the steel, rebar, or construction materials sector
• Strong knowledge of the products such as rebar, wire rods, PC strand, and structural steel
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
