About the position

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls/emails to existing clients
• Prospect for new clients through calls/emails
• Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Help create an affiliate sales program
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends
• Participate in direct sales initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Create a CRM for the organization and train staff on its use

Requirements

• Strong ability in sales via phone and in person
• Prefer experience in the addiction/mental health and healthcare sectors
• Experience in lead generation techniques
• Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer preferences
• Exceptional customer service skills
